Location is excellent, just off broad street and a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
Staff were very polite and made you feel welcome from the moment you entered. Had a drink at the bar and again the bar tender was chatty and welcoming. The hotel, our room and areas were very clean and no faults here.
Breakfast - Simple and plentiful, buffet style and similar to any breakfast at chain hotels such as Radisson and Hilton. If I was picky, the bread and pastry selection was limited.
Room - We stayed in a executive room, which was large and airy. No bath, however the rainfall showers and complimentary white company toiletries added to the experience. Room also had nesspresso machine and usual room compliments.
Cannot really fault and deserves a 5 star review.
