I was travelling solo for work and stayed for two nights, and I had a fabulous time. The room was great, and all the staff were amazing. After my course, I walked in and Frankie and Kumara recognised me straight away and came over for a chat, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The hotel was easy to find and ideally placed for us. Room was great and the breakfast was extremely good. Special mention goes to breakfast host Blossom who could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and respond to our requests for poached eggs and helped us with the buffet.

As a disabled person I have found the hotel to be 5* in every aspect...It was spotless, the staff have all been extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble.
The location is great for transport.

Great stay and amazing hospitality
We had one of the best weekends in a long time! Me and my girl bestie booked two rooms, and the great relations manager Kinal kindly arranged both the rooms next to each other and gave us drink vouchers, which was her lovely gesture. She even took a follow up to know if we are comfortable. Bar staff were very friendly and super helpful. Overall, fantastic hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hosted a baby shower at Park Regis. What a lovely experience we all had. The afternoon tea was great. Staff were extra friendly and attentive. The room was so comfy. I highly recommend this gem, one of my favourite hotels in Birmingham. P.S., not overly expensive too.
