Hotel was very clean and luxurious, staff were very friendly Kinal helped was throughout our stay she is such a lovely person she made sure that we were enjoying our stay also gave recommendations around to eat and go. Highly recommended I am surely coming back soon.

Chose to stay at the Park Regis with my family for my 40th Birthday. As always, this place is great and we highly recommend the hotel. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you. The lovely lady on Reception on Sunday 14 June afternoon, who checked us in was so helpful. Everyone we came into contact with staff wise is fantastic and really give a chilled by professional vibe which is really great.

My first impression of this hotel was excellent, thanks to Alex at reception. He was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His friendly attitude and willingness to help immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.

I was travelling solo for work and stayed for two nights, and I had a fabulous time. The room was great, and all the staff were amazing. After my course, I walked in and Frankie and Kumara recognised me straight away and came over for a chat, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The hotel was easy to find and ideally placed for us. Room was great and the breakfast was extremely good. Special mention goes to breakfast host Blossom who could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and respond to our requests for poached eggs and helped us with the buffet.
