I have stayed at countless hotels for work over the years and have rarely had an experience as good as I did when I recently stayed at the Park Regis Birmingham. From stepping out of the lift into reception, I was given a warm welcome and felt instantly at home. Following a genuinely lovely check in, I headed to my room which was beautiful and had an amazing view of the city. I have stayed at the hotel a few times now and each time it just gets better and better.
I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for business or pleasure, simply put it is a fantastic place to stay.
Stayed for 2 nights..from the moment we arrived..we were well looked after..excellent staff..so friendly & helpful..had a lovely 3 course meal..beautifully cooked.

We had a lovely stay. We only stayed for one night but we were looked after really well by the amazing
staff who were polite and professional. We had nice drinks and food from the bar. Room was comfortable. The hotel is decorated beautifully for Christmas. We would recommend.
The staff, the decor, the location, the room honestly it was all so beautiful and welcoming.
