Every member of the team we encountered was excellent, including both reception and the breakfast team. The hotel is also in a great location, and having the convenience of an on-site car park is an absolute bonus. Another great stay and we will definitely return.

I came here with my family and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, tidy, and smelled fresh. Azin checked us in with great kindness and professionalism, making us feel very welcome from the start. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, great vibes customer care is spot on, nothing is too much. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is great, well signed and easy to find. Rooms are immaculate and contain all the things you need. The hotel is very pretty, roughly 10 minute walk to the centre and 15 minutes to the Bull Ring. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, continental option and good English breakfast also available. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, terrace bar was a nice touch. Big shout out to Blossom, an absolute star and Siat who quickly sorted minor issues caused by 3rd party booking agent. My advice book directly with Park Regis.

I have been staying at Park Regis regularly for business trips since early-2025, and the main reason I continue to choose this hotel is the outstanding service.

Frankie and Kumar in the bar area are exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable, always providing a warm welcome and excellent service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail make every stay a great experience.

I have stayed at many hotels in Birmingham and travelled extensively around the world, but Frankie and Kumar genuinely stand out as two of the best hospitality professionals I have encountered.

Because of the outstanding service they provide, I will continue to stay at Park Regis whenever I visit Birmingham in the future. They are a real credit to the hotel.
