This is fantastic hotel in a great location. Clean room & comfy bed with a superb shower. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help and the breakfast outstanding. The value for money was second to none. This was a 10/10. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too. If you’re driving/charging check ahead for info on the required apps. Ring Go for parking & pod point for charging.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, from the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with a smile, to the bar staff who looked after us brilliantly. The food throughout our stay was great too. A special mention to two members of the bar team, Kumara and Frankie, who really looked after us and made the trip even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back should we visit Birmingham again !

We hosted our conference at Park Regis for the second time this month. The team at Park Regis are such a pleasure to work with. Everyone from cleaners to managers were so friendly and polite- nothing was ever a problem. Service and accommodation on every level is simply excellent!

Every member of the team we encountered was excellent, including both reception and the breakfast team. The hotel is also in a great location, and having the convenience of an on-site car park is an absolute bonus. Another great stay and we will definitely return.

I came here with my family and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, tidy, and smelled fresh. Azin checked us in with great kindness and professionalism, making us feel very welcome from the start. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
