“Initially when planning to have our Indian wedding reception we were uncertain as the catering company used at the time was being replaced by in house catering, naturally this left us uncertain. After meeting with the head chef, Manish, all of our concerns went away. We were certain that Manish and his team would deliver an excellent dinner service after our first food tasting. Not only was he understanding, personable and clearly an established chef, but also open to our style and region specific Indian food.

Manish worked very closely with us to plan an excellent evening, our guests have eaten Indian food on countless occasions however a few years on, they continue to speak highly about the quality of food and overall experience. We couldn’t agree more. Small touches that we hadn’t even asked for, including coloured buns for our canapes, mixed veg rice that was out of this world (and we’ve eaten a lot of rice) and a food style that left everyone wanting more!
