Check-in

What’s the earliest I can check in?

Your room will be ready for you from 3pm on the day you’re due to arrive

What’s the latest check in time?

Reception is staffed 24/7, so you are free to check-in at any time of the day. Please let reception know if you are arriving after 11pm as the doors may be locked for security reasons

What if I arrive and my room isn’t ready?

You may leave your bags with our Concierge team

What’s the latest I can check out?

11am on your agreed departure date. Late Check out can be requested subject to availability.


Reservation & Cancellations

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

When you make a booking you will be given a confirmation number, this will also be on an email confirmation sent to you.

I haven’t received my email confirmation, what shall I do?

Please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our reservations department on 0121 369 5555 option 1.

What is Park Regis Birmingham cancellation policy?

If you have booked on a flexible rate you have until 3pm on the day prior to arrival to cancel or amend without charge, when you cancel you will be given a cancellation number to make note of.
If you have booked on an Advanced Purchase rate, you cannot cancel or amend your booking.

Yes we offer all our guests free WIFI throughout the hotel

Do you have Car Parking?

The car park is at the rear of the Broadway Residence building, B16 8HH.  You can access via Ladywood Middleway, enter onto Friston Avenue, take a right on to Ruston Street and finally take a right to enter the multi-story car park.  Drive up to level 4 and you will see purple pillars & our signage.  You may leave the car park by foot through the rear door on level 4.

Please note: Payment is to be made at the hotel reception for the use of this car park.
On arrival you have to leave your registration number plate with the reception team.

There is a turning circle directly in front of the hotel entrance for drop offs and pick ups only.  For any guests and/or clients bringing large luggage or equipment for a meeting/conference, we welcome you to drop off your bags at the main reception of the hotel before parking your car.

Does the hotel have a pool?

Our Hotel and Spa has no wet facilities

Yes the hotel has a Gym that is available complimentary for staying guests

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our 1565 Restaurant on Level 4.
Weekdays 06.30 – 10.00am and Weekends 07.00 – 11.00am
