Pumpkin Picking This October Half Term in Birmingham

Pumpkin Picking This October Half Term in Birmingham

It’s time to find the best pick of the patch! Pumpkin picking has become increasingly popular here in the UK in recent years – and for good reason. It’s the perfect wholesome outdoor activity for all the family. Pull on your wellies, argue over who gets to man the wheelbarrow and trundle across fields to find your perfect picks. Some pumpkin patches even have white, pink, and grey pumpkins! Then once you bundle them home, it’s time to choose which you will carve a Jack-o’-lantern out of them, and which ones to cook into a seasonal dish – perhaps a pumpkin pie or pumpkin soup!

Some of our favourite local picks here in Birmingham are:

ESSINGTON FARM

PUMPKINS R US

LOWER DRAYTON FARM

STANELYS FARM SHOP

BECKETTS FARM

ATWELL FARM PARK
