Great Hotel!
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gave recommendations for what to do the area based on our plans for the evening.

Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy! Shower very spacious.

Parking was easy to find and plenty of spaces.

Room was a very reasonable price for what we got.

Will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Birmingham!

We visited Birmingham as part of a sporting group playing a national finals at the University.
We all booked in advance using the “switch to us” offer. It was very good value for money, the staff were all excellent.
Check-in was efficient and very helpful. The parking prices had increased between us booking and arrival, but they were very helpful sorting out the relevant discounts.
The bar and restaurant staff were also extremely helpful and dealt with our large group with ease and patience! We enjoyed our food very much and the chef was very helpful providing special celiac food.
The housekeeping staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.
We all said how good our experience had been and that we would return whenever we are in the Birmingham areaa.

Exceptional Staff – Highly Recommend
I came with some colleagues after work for a relax drink and talk about work. The cocktails were top-notch, the vibe was just right, and the terrace views made it extra special.

I had an excellent experience with the bar service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and really knew their craft. The bartenders were quick, professional, and made sure every drink was spot on. The atmosphere was lively but never overwhelming, and the service made it all the more enjoyable special thanks to Kumar and Harpreet and also Sejal with their amazing customer service and hospitality skills!

We had such a great time staying here for my friends birthday! The room was decorated with balloons which made it feel so special. Big thanks to Bahman, the Guest Relations Manager, for setting it up, and to Marie Anne at reception for the super warm welcome.

Breakfast was really good, staff were all super friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the temperature in the room was just right.

Honestly, the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Thank you to all the hardworking staff, you made our stay unforgettable! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had the most wonderful stay at Park Regis Birmingham for our anniversary, all thanks to Bahman, the fantastic manager! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, making our special occasion even more memorable. The room was beautifully set up with thoughtful anniversary perks, adding a lovely touch to our stay. The service was impeccable, and Bahman went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be returning!
