We stayed one night @ Park Regis, in the Double Executive room.
The location was perfect, a 15-20 minutes walk from the Utilita Arena. The tram takes 15 mins to the Town Centre. We walked and took around 25 minutes.
The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the shower was great too! There is a kettle and coffee machine with coffee pods, which was useful.
I had a fantastic experience during my visit—everything exceeded expectations! The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was top-notch.
A special shoutout to Mikey-Jo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in making guests feel at home.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel on Birmingham Broad Street. The location is perfect – right in the heart of everything with easy access to restaurants, and walkable distance to everything needed.
A big thank you to Matthew, Manjot, and Palak who went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room from another member of staff also which made our stay even more comfortable.
We also appreciated the complimentary late check-out – a thoughtful touch that gave us extra time to relax before leaving. Overall, excellent service and a great experience. Highly recommended!
This Park Regis Hotel is situated very close to the city centre of Birmingham. The hotel is beautiful the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We were checked in by Himahshi who was brilliant!
The room is perfect , very clean has rituals products for you to use which I was very pleased about . The bed was super comfy slept well!
