Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Lovely décor. Staff were excellent. I was upgraded as I needed fridge in my room thanks to Waqar who really went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Sai served us our dinner in 1565 bar and terrace. Cocktails strong and amazing.

We had a very warm welcomed by Maverick at reception. At breakfast there were a lot of good options, Youssef explained us how everything worked and he was making sure we had everything we needed. Every morning I used the gym , good that is open 24/7. Macjec from housekeeping helped me access to it as I was not sure how to do it. Very cozy rooms, well cleaned and specious. We had three good days here at Park Regis.

Great rooms, great location for nights out. Not too far to walk into city centre. Fabulous breakfast but best quality is their staff. Always so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to please, especially all the staff in bar. Stayed many times and it will always be 1st choice when visiting family in Birmingham.

This was the perfect place to stay for work! The staff was friendly, the rooms well kept and large, and great amenities. Traveling for business, there was also great takeaway options nearby as well as restaurants and shopping. Overall, this was perfect for my first visit to Birmingham!

Lovely hotel. I booked an accessible room and it was actually accessible! The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Alaa who couldn’t have been kinder, and Matthew who was a star as well. Food outstanding, bed comfy, decoration beautiful, you can’t fault it.
