Really great hotel, nice clean (and quiet) rooms, and lovely atmosphere. From our short stay we all appreciated how nice the staff were and their attention to detail. Definitely recommend. Particular shout out to Mathew and Mikey!!

We booked a few days for a birthday celebration, and had requested special arrangements for the day. These were carried out to my instructions absolutely to the letter and more, we were both very impressed and delighted by the thoroughly professional manner all was arranged.
The room was wonderful, the facilities excellent, and the staff friendly and very professional. We would definitely recommend the Park Regis Hotel and will certainly be staying again in the near future. Excellent breakfast, professionally catered to by Blossom.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel on Birmingham Broad Street. The location is perfect – right in the heart of everything with easy access to restaurants, and walkable distance to everything needed.

A big thank you to Matthew, Manjot, and Palak who went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room from another member of staff also which made our stay even more comfortable.

We also appreciated the complimentary late check-out – a thoughtful touch that gave us extra time to relax before leaving. Overall, excellent service and a great experience. Highly recommended!
