This was the perfect place to stay for work! The staff was friendly, the rooms well kept and large, and great amenities. Traveling for business, there was also great takeaway options nearby as well as restaurants and shopping. Overall, this was perfect for my first visit to Birmingham!

Lovely hotel. I booked an accessible room and it was actually accessible! The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Alaa who couldn’t have been kinder, and Matthew who was a star as well. Food outstanding, bed comfy, decoration beautiful, you can’t fault it.

I attended a meeting here and was impressed by the quality of this hotel. The car park is a convenient feature and not something I would have expected from such a central city location. It's the staff that I interacted with though that really left a great impression. In particular Matthew on the front desk who was polite, friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had. Very impressed and sure to return again soon.

I was looked after so well by everyone here, especially Matthew and Azhar on reception who were incredibly helpful when I checked in. The hotel is well placed for road access as well as for many restaurants and other activities that all within walking distance. The rooms are quiet and air conditioned, with a great shower, and the parking feels very safe and secure. I would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the service was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, Matthew and Mikey went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were not only incredibly friendly but also extremely helpful in sorting out my parking issue and room allocations. It's rare to find such genuinely attentive staff, and their efforts really made my stay stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and welcoming atmosphere!
