We offer a same day service for dry cleaning and laundry. Items must be placed in the laundry bag which can be found in your wardrobe and given to hotel reception by 09:00 daily. Alternatively please call reception on 5101 for your laundry to be collected from your bedroom.

Safety Deposit Boxes

Smoking is not permitted within the hotel, this includes electronic cigarettes. Smoking will result in a £200 penalty and in severe cases the management reserves the right to have guests removed from the hotel and formal action will be taken involving our local police authority.

Shakina Urban Dry Spa is located on level 4. The spa is open  10:00/18:00 wed – thur offering ESPA beauty treatments along with Jessica GELeration Nails.

The spa offers 4 treatment rooms, one of which features a double bed, ideal for couple’s treatments. The therapy rooms offer state of the art facilities with an overwhelming sense of calm and relaxation for body, mind and spirit.
