The versatility of our meeting rooms and event spaces provides our clients with the potential to host any event, from corporate meetings and training sessions to conferences and celebrations for up to 350 delegates.

We offer delegate or bespoke package deals to fit your needs. Our building is equipped with free WiFi throughout. We also have a dedicated AV company onsite, Universal Live, who provides full audio visual support to all meetings and events with over 16 years of experience.

We have been awarded the Greengage ECOsmart Silver award for our efforts towards sustainability. If your event has sustainability requirements we can work with you to achieve these.

We pride ourselves on delicious catering options for meetings and events, cooked from scratch by our expert chefs. We work with you to provide everything you need from break-out snacks and buffets to banquets and BBQs.

For banqueting, we offer Gold, Silver and Bronze menus to suit your budget and needs. From traditional British and European menus, to delicious Northern Indian cuisine by INDUS. For overnight conference guests, we have set menu options in 1565 Bar & Terrace.

For something interactive we can provide an Indus Cooking Masterclass with Manish, or try cocktail making in 1565 Bar & Terrace.

We have used different venues in the past that have been good, but Park Regis was exceptional. It was not just the beauty of the hotel, a huge part of it was the excellent customer service and support that we received from every single member if staff. They were friendly, polite, helpful and exuded a positive approach to every situation.
