Park Regis Birmingham continues to monitor updates from the Government authorities and will continue to update this page with information to ensure our guests and employees have up to date information.

The wellbeing of our guests and employees is our utmost priority and we will continue to take measures to ensure we’re prioritising the health, safety and security of our guests and employees and ensure we are providing our employees and guests with a safe, welcoming and clean environment.

As an independent hotel we are fast to react to change and we have been building our plans to develop Park Regis Birmingham over the last month and have created a series of short videos to chart our progress to becoming Covid-19 Secure.

Precautionary Measures

Hotel

  • All areas reconfigured to provide social distancing.
  • Protective screens, sanitiser units, directional signage & air purifier inputted.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning as part of PRB Clean. Click to view.
  • Spa & Gym remain closed until Government advice updated.

Our Guests

  • Our guests safety is key and social distancing plans are provided to each guest.
  • New PRB email system in place to allow our guests to communicate with us.
  • Enhanced cleaning and certification of the hotel to protect our guests.
  • New food & beverage ordering app available.

Our Team

  • New Covid-19 training available & PPE available for all team members.
  • Staff areas re-planned with sanitisers, signage and limited capacities in place.
  • New working shift patterns and re-designs of offices.
  • Employees must complete the new Covid-19 training prior to returning to work.

PRB Clean

  • New system implemented to check and certify the guest room.  Click to view.
  • Use of hospital grade chemicals across the hotel.
  • Sanitiser set in each room for guests use.

Check In & Check Out

  • Check-in & out now available online & room key via mobile phone.
  • Screens in place on reception desks and bedroom keys sanitised prior to use.
  • Cashless payments encouraged.
  • One way system to protect social distancing.

1565 Restaurant, Bar & Terrace

  • New capacities in all areas & tables must be pre booked only.
  • Greater focus on our outside terrace.
  • We will provide table service only.
  • Continental breakfast is a “Grab & Go”. Cooked breakfast option available.

Meetings & Events

  • Events will be allocated larger meeting rooms.
  • Events that maximise the capacities will have exclusive use of meeting floors.
  • Bespoke plans for all events, in partnership with our on site audio visual & IT companies.  Google drive folder will be completed for each event with a 2D floor plan & a video tour of the meeting room.
  • Catering within the larger 1565 area or exclusive use in place where required.
  • New meeting room set ups, all non single use items on request.
